Nationality: Vietnamese: Civil construction background required or Expat: Business Administration, Economics or other relevant majors.
Job Description: • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a sales plan, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company brand name to customers, consultants and contractors. • Responsible for the planning, training and controlling sales members to accomplish sales target both individually and collectively. • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and ongoing communications involving sales activities and sales meetings for improvement. • Keeps updated with the current market trend, information of projects and competitor for tailoring specific selling activities. • Advises Directors of client feedback/comments relating to product features and pricing as well as company performance. • Searches and seeks for new clients who might benefit from company products. Builds, maintains, broadens and strengthens good relationship with customer to identify their current and future needs. • Contacts with consultants, main contractors to introduce company’s products / services and collects information about the project and convinces them to put specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents. • Makes technical presentations and demonstrates how our products meet customer’s needs. • Works with design team, R&D to study and respond to customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. • Actively involves in negotiation deals for closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions which align with benefits of parties. • Closely follows up with customer for any issues which might arise during the process including bidding, contract implementation as well as after-sales services. • Maintains a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporative objectives. • Closely coordinates with finance team to make sure that the payment status is followed with the agreed terms in the contract.
• University degree in Civil construction, Architecture. MBA is an advantage. • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with minimum 5 years in sales position • Experiences in project sales or construction field. • Good English both in Oral and Written. • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making. • Self-motivated with excellent communication. • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. • Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and ability to close the deal • Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Benefit: Salary plus commission (up to 0.5% of sold project value)
