Job Description: • Searches for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions. • Builds, maintains, broadens and strengthens good relationship with customer to identify their current and future needs. • Contacts consultants, contractors to introduce company’s products / services and collects information about the project and convinces them to put specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents. • Makes technical presentations and demonstrates how our products meet customer’s needs. • Works with design team to study and respond to customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. • Prepares information and participates in Project bidding. • Follows up and gets feedback from customers about quotation for appropriate actions. • Makes the revised proposal and /or tender documents then responding to customer with full information. • Prepares and gets Job Acceptance Form approved by Sales Directors. • Prepares Sales contract and gets it signed by Directors and Customer. • Actively involves in negotiation deals for closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions which align with benefits of parties. • Closely follows up with customer for any issues which might arise during the process including bidding, contract implementation as well as after-sales services. • Maintains a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporative objectives. • Liaises with other members of the after-sales team and other technical experts to solve raising problems. • Updates the ICCC list monthly to make sure that the information is correct and complete. • Reviews your file of outstanding PCVs monthly that have become quotations and those PCV that have been cancelled/pending /lost. • Actively and often pays visits and telephone calls to customers, consultants and contractors.
• University degree in Civil construction, Architecture is a must • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with minimum 3 years in sales position • Experiences in project sales or construction field. • Good English both in Oral and Written. • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making. • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills. • Dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic and pro-active personality. • Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Benefit: Salary plus commission (up to 0.5% of sold project value)
