Our client is a FMCG manufacturer specializing in beverage.
Report to: National I&S Manager Role: • Activate supporting activities in order to improve the levels of skills of sales forces & system effectiveness for better sales performance • Support sales management / operations at different levels in order to identify sales opportunities at field target markets ACCOUNTABILITIES: Coaching, Facilitation & training • Regularly conduct field coaching session with sales team (Work* With TDMs/ DRs/ MTM/ MTEs/ KAM/ KAEs) at different levels • Regularly sit in sales team meetings in order to report the issues of system and provide the action plans as well as coach TDMs/ DRs supervisory/ coaching skills and receive feedbacks from the frontline. • Conduct regular TU health check at field level (Traditional trade, Key Account and Modern Trade) • Conduct class room training sessions at locations • Cascade correspondences to sales target groups • Facilitate tools & tool development for sales implementation • Train – the – sales – trainer for TU & sales core skills TU implementation • Conduct TU health check for TDMs/ DRs/ MTM/ MTEs/ KAM/ KAEs • Assist sales locations to ensure different TDMs/ DR as well as MT & KA team using standardized form and approved Best Practices tools. • Assist sales locations to ensure different CRs/ DCRs/ Blue Fore using standardized and approved selling & working tools. • Provide on – going problem solving AS&D • Assist sales locations to ensure different CRs/ DCRs/ DRs/ TDMs using standardized forms and procedures of AS&D (P&L form, routing…) • Assist sales locations to set up new routes, rerouting and other works as instructed by National I&S Manager • Provide on-going problem solving Market sales opportunity analysis • Conduct regular & ad-hoc reports on sales performance • Organize location sales field data • Analyze & evaluate sales incidents for sales opportunities • Verify implementation program reports • Auditing program by sales & sales functions Sales project participation • Take part in the communication phase for sales/ GTM projects • Coordinate the implementation of the field tasks to sales force • Develop sales tools & evaluation of such • Participate in the project follow-up & evaluation stage Document development & paperwork • Develop training materials & activities • Develop processes & tracking measures/ plan for operation tasks • Facilitate the necessary paperwork for the cascading & implementing phase to sales field team Report & tracking • Organize sales field reporting system • Cross check I&S executives report for accuracy & timing • Make reports where being involved directly for implementation • Make regular reports where appropriate. Implementation planning • Plan training plan/ schedule • Plan & organize field implementation plan where appropriate • Propose sales improvement opportunities for correction plan by Sales team • Involved in the target setting & KPI setting at location level Role administration • Regular & necessary tasks by the role for daily tasks Others • Maintain profile and records of performance of sales locations • Implement and sustain other sales supporting projects as instructed by National I&S Manager
• Sales Field knowledge & experiences – 3 years at field manager level • Good English & Computer skills (MS Office) • Strong training/ facilitation and coaching skills • Good at interpersonal skills: negotiation, influencing • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
