Our client is a FMCG manufacturer specializing in beverage.

 

Reports to: Factory Manager

Main Purpose of the Job
•    GA Unit Pillar Leader is responsible for training, coaching and assessing people within own Unit on GA
•    Lead implement  and strengthen basic foundation in factory

Responsible for bringing Unit input within the GA practice in the Market:
•    GA Unit Pillar Leader in Market participates as Pillar Member in the Function Pillar in the  Market, as per decision of the Function Pillar leader and according to Pillar governance

Responsible for training, coaching and assessing GA people within own Unit
    Implement GA training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework as developed by the Master Pillar
•    Develop training, coaching and assessment plans according to the Unit NCE roll out plan
•    Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer GA knowledge to people within own Unit
•    Perform regular GA assessment to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing
                   
Responsible for the establishment of GA Unit Pillar
    Select, train and manage resources within GA Unit Pillar
•    Monitor performances of the Unit Pillar team
•    Promote and align methodology and approach, including GA Pillar benchmarking and  exchange of Best practice sharing        
•    Manage key stakeholders and ensure consistent, clear communication on GA within own Unit

Lead team factory implement and strengthen Basic foundation
    Implement and strengthen : OMP , Measure , Operation review , Problem solving …
•    Update and training new tools and new document to team
•    Organize coaching , assessment from zone – action plan

2.    Impact and convince Others - this behavior must be strong if the Organization is to adopt the NCE methodology

4.    Courage - Challenge the normal and introduce new ways to achieve the change in the people he/she will lead

Knowledge & Skills:
    Developed knowledge of NCE principles and NCE Practices. Good knowledge of GA in specific.
•    Coaching methods and techniques
•    Strong understanding of Change Management, process improvement and business transformation
•    Excellent understanding of value for customer/consumer
•    Developed communications skills (able to communicate complex topics in simple everyday language).
•    Decision making and problem solving skills.
•    Ability to coach and train; deliver messages, lead workshops, develop people in training / coaching environment.
•    Developed convincing and persuasion skills with ability to engage people in the mindset change.
