Report to Japanese Manager Job Purpose: • Pricing: To periodically update the price book including cost, LP, and bottom price for OPB, PSB and OPS, to do deal profitability calculation for the case if the deal price is quite low. • Bulk deal: To monitor and update the bulk deal info from channel sales and inform APO (HQ) marketing team to get the pricing support as well as bulk deal status. Key Challenges • Quick response is required with accurate outcome. • Communication with overseas (singapore APO) by phone and email with high capability of English. Key Accountabilities with desired output / measurements • Pricing control (cost, list price, FSMA price or any pricing info): Periodical and proper update of the format • Deal profitability calculation: Quick action and accurate calculation for decision making by management • Bulk deal status update: Format update and business impact assumption by bulk deal with Channel team • Bulk deal rebate requirement to APO: Quick action to APO and format update • Any other marketing related activities: Team work with marketing team for any other marketing activities
Competencies: • Effective Communication • Quality & Productivity Consciousness • Relationship Building • Customer First • Achievement & Results Orientation Personal Profile: • University degree in ecomonics, majored in accounting or finance. • At least 2yeras foreign company work experiences • MS-Office, especially for Excel. • High sense of number (Data handling) • Presentation skill and communication skill • Advantage if the person is familiar with ORACLE or any other DB application • Quick action and result-oriented. • Good teamwork and high skill of communication in Eng by phone. • Need to be female
