Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities: • Conduct third party cost analysis and feasibility studies; manage area budget; manage non cash and credit policy and coordinate weekly third party’s warehouse operational meetings • Conduct business reviews; Implement & execute marketing plans/activities; manage delivery to third party’s warehouses; and manage implementation of total beverage solution • Manage the company’s assets in the area; and conduct daily, weekly, monthly review meetings with sales team in the area • Manage staff performance; recruit and select staff; maintain staff discipline and develop staff
1. Education: Bachelor degree 2. Experience: Work Financial, Sales & Marketing Knowledge. At least 5 years sales experience in similar positions in FM CG companies 3. Specific Skills: • Conflict management skill • Analytical ability • Time management • Planning skill • Organizing & controlling skill • Problem solving skills. • Ability to work independently under high pressure 4. Personal Characteristics: • Strong leadership • Good Interpersonal • Willing to travel
