Report to National Sales Manager
I –SCOPE OF WORK: • Deal with major customer (big distributor) and to develop the strategic Plan for big distributor in assigned area for increasing distribution, market share, and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
II –RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY • Occasion Based Marketing: Identify the special/seasonal occasions to capture incidence of products, suggest marketing calendar by key accounts, provide the tailor made consumer promotional programs that drive sales volume, profit and share in key accounts effectively and efficiently. • Customer Business Development: Deal with big distributor for setting objectives and monthly tracking performance by big distributor, work with sales team of big distributor for setting, maintaining and developing good business relations. • Outlets differentiation for merchandising: Co-operate with trade marketing to define merchandising standard by type of outlet channel (provision store, market stall, WS…). Ensure consistent merchandising standard in every type of outlet • Co-operate with field sales to achieve targets of share and sales volume by big distributor • Monitor weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned. • Ensure consistent adherence to sales, marketing, finance payment distribution policies and procedures in dealing with big distributor • Balance conflicts (benefits) among channel from action taken to achieve priorities • Lead the sales team to develop the resource plan to support key priorities and goals and lead the selling to big distributor top/middle management
• At least 2 years experience in relevant position in FMCG company, prefer candidate with multinational company • University graduate or higher. • English fluently and team work • Strong in strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving & Decision making, Initiative & Follow through, Customer business Analysis • Strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Merchandising, Pricing & Packaging Strategy • Trade visit regularly in order to understand shoppers needs and competitions
