Report to: Chief Financial Officer Main Purpose of the Job: • To provide the Factory Management and CFO an effective report system. To control and analyse cost structure of both factories and discuss/propose ways how to improve it. Guide and support the Factory CAPEX process. Ensure that factory assets are safeguarded and effectively utilized through accurate accounting procedures and consistent with company-wide principles and policies. Key Responsibilities: • Organizes, delegates and controls the activities of the factory costing to meet the time table and quality requirements of report to Factory Management whenever required. • Get involved in the budget process and assists the Factory/Plant Manager by coordinating with other departments in the preparation of proposals. She/He is also giving feedback to the Factory/Plant Manager and other department heads in controlling and working within the budget limitations. • Prepare & calculate full package of the Factories's actual cost of production, standard cost budget, OPL & dynamic forecast, or new product costing, cost benchmarking, cost simulation if any to HO accounting. • Control the information accuracy of actual material usage and other related production expenses. Work closely with IP/Production to support Factory Operational Excellence and Factories KPI setting/monitoring. • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Factory Financial Reports for Corporate Costing and Factory/Plant Manager. Get involved in the continuing efforts to protect and control the factory’s tangible assets represented by plant assets, technical materials and supplies, production materials, finished goods in terms of maintaining system and procedures and recommending improvements to Factory Manager/Plant Manager whenever necessary. • To guide, support and control CAPEX process for factories.
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor degree in Accounting • 3-5 years Manufacturing Costing experience with FMCG • Solid English Skills Knowledge & Skills: • Leadership • Strong analytical skills. • Problem-solving • Initiative and Proactively • Systematic thinking • Interpersonal skills • Confident, assertive, trustworthy, fair judgment, high degree of integrity.
