Our client is a manufacturing company based in USA and has been developing business activities in Vietnam for more than 5 years. Principal Accountabilities: Respond to Operation Management Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage and direct the plant operations consisting of Planning, Physical Distribution, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering & Maintenance, and Environment, Health & Safety. • Work closely with the sales and technical team & the toller representative to analyze the demand and develop manufacturing strategies. • Determine and manage the organizational structure to facilitate "lean manufacturing" and continuous improvement in product consistency, cycle time, cost, inventory accuracy and working capital • Active leadership in environment, health and safety's policy and practices • Evaluate business demands against plant capacity and manage the capital improvement process
Requirements: • Years of experience: 5 year(s) • Minimum career level: Manager • Minimum education level: Bachelors • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or its equivalent • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in the plant operations management and engineering • Result-oriented, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment • Good interpersonal & communication skills while proficiency in verbal & written English and local language • Ability to develop & communicate with others • Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems • Well versed in MS Office applications in English Success Factors – Prime Success Factors (focus on results, drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market & customer perspective) plus the following: • Focus on result, drive changes, promote teamwork, build trust and respect.
