• Define annual sales target in assigned territories according to Sales Department’s orientation and objectives • Recommend the pricing architecture and price list to support the business growth • Participate in design of the value proposition per segment (products, systems, services partnerships, delivery, pricing, branding, communications) and monitor its implementation in the assigned territories • Communicate and implement Sales plans in assigned territories • Control the application of the prices, discount rules customer by customer according to the approved price list • Ensure the consistency of credit terms and conditions, the effectiveness of credit risk management, and monitor payments of account receivables of the customers • Participate in definition and implementation of the necessary corrective actions relating to customer satisfaction improvement • Receive guideline from Sales Manager, propose and organise commercial events. • Propose the improvement of the efficiency of the Sales function and ensure the actual selling processes in the assigned territories meet legal requirements and company's Code of Business Conduct
• University degree (bachelor). Economics combined with Building engineering is preferred • At least 03 years experience in managing sales activities for an international company. • Team leadership capability, adaptability and flexibility • Ability to work under pressure • Proven skills managing people • English communication skills • Good analytical skills
