• Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers’ success
• Build a positive and long term relationship with existing key customers to retain and to motivate them to further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential business segment
• Contribute to the development of new services based on industry trends, evolution and customers’ feedback and personal experience; Explore opportunities in new business environments
• Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customer’s satisfaction and retention
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers.
• Develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of technical knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation
• Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.
