• Be responsible to control the SSC team (10 persons) to support oversea factory operation remotely from Vietnam factoryon Project Management, Material Management, Accounting, … • Work with management and employees in oversea factory on a daily basis • Analyze large data quantity to identify problems and provide recommendation for improvement • Update team and management of daily progress using professional report format. • Spend most of the day on computer reviewing, correcting, and examining database data (SAP, MES, and SharePoint). • Gather information from drafted BOM and engineering drawings to finalize BOM and update information on SAP. • Work with BOD and other management level in oversea factory or future site operation to develop SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the service provided by SSC team. • Provide training to SSC department as well as staff, managers, and BOD in oversea factory or future site operation. • Must be able to look at the business process and recognize the pros/cons develop solutions to improve the current business processes.
Job Requirement: • University Graduates • Fluent English • Computer literacy require • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Have SAP or other ERP/MRP software experience • Knowledge of other database usage a plus • Global corporation background prefer • Minimum of 5 years in management role • Previous experiences working for manufacturing company prefer. • Ability to travel oversea. • Ability to present and work with upper management • Ability to conduct training and promote team cohesiveness • Ability to communicate and work closely with foreigners on a daily basis • Ability to analyze data and make recommendation for process improvement • Excellent communication skills, time management and project management • Self-motivated and result oriented.
