•         To ensure the provision of high quality real estate services to all clients across your designated service line;

•         To develop relationships with Landlords in all sectors with the aim of securing appointments in the future;

•         To liaise with the firm’s other offices in the Asia Pacific region, Related Companies and all other offices within the company network of offices and associated offices worldwide;

•         To be accountable for all projects and/or appointments assigned to you in Vietnam,

•         To develop a Sales & Leasing team in HCM for Residential Leasing and Tenants

•         In addition, there may be other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company's discretion.

•         Present and lease real estate products to current and potential clients.

•         Prepare action plans for leads generation: to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

•         Follow up on new leads and referrals.

•         Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

•         Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

•         Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

•         Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

•         Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

•         Identify and resolve client concerns.

•         Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

•         Communicate new properties and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate management.

•         Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close deals

 

Additional Responsibilities:

•         Participate in marketing & training events such as seminars, training courses, and telemarketing events.

•         Follow-up for collection of payment from clients.

•         Coordinate for handover properties

•         Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Minimum of 5 years working experience

Knowledge Requirements
•    Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
•    Knowledge government regulations, taxes and paperwork process.
•    Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

Skills and Knowledge
