JOB SUMMARY: • Executes defined software tests, performs defect verification, and performs beta and release testing which may require research and analysis. • May assist in performing on-site client work. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Core responsibilities: • Lead a testing project, can supervise the activity of a small test teat; • Writes and executes software tests, performs defect verification, and conduct beta, release and post-release testing • Prepares technical documentation of product sub-systems. • Conducts sub-system and system level testing to ensure the product meets specified requirements. • Research problems discovered during testing and develops solutions to the problems • Manage a team and support the training programs including the creation and application. 2. Others • Perform special projects or assignments as required. • Able to attend advanced training
• Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. • Good analytical and design skills at multiple product levels. • Good skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation. • Very good communication & interpersonal skills; good English. Experience in leading small team • Bachelor’s degree in business (IT), software engineering or computer science or higher • Typically requires 4-6 years of technical experience
