Reports to: Vietnam National Sales Manager

Purpose of Job:
•    Manage and develop Area Sales Managers, Leaders and Consultants in your designated area (HCMC)

Responsibilities:
•    Sales and Development of ASM, Leaders in your area.
•    Communication and Training on all company commercial activities.
•    Set goals with ASM, Leaders.
•    Follow up and coach ASM, Leaders.
•    Ensure that meetings and trainings are held regularly by Leaders.

Tasks:
•    Be a visible and inspiring Leader for the Consultants and a reliable business partner to the Leaders, ASM.
•    Ensure that objectives are reached in both sales and development of new Leaders with ongoing recruitment.
•    Act as a coach to the Leaders in the goal setting process and provide support through joint actions and a continuous follow up.

•    Strong interpersonal skills characterized by a positive and “I can move mountains” attitude

•    Creative skills
•    Analytical / Planning skills
•    Good English skills
•    Academic degree
•    Min1-2 years of working experience
•    Leadership background (preferred).
•    Strong record of outstanding achievements
•    Very positive personality: can-do spirit, love working with people, coaching ability, excellent interpersonal skills.
