JOB PURPOSE
• To develop business opportunity at appointed territory by building a development and action plan; recruiting, training, coaching and developing sales team (SS/SR) also distribution system.
• To be a company’s representative work with customers (Distributors, customers, consumers) at appointed territory
• To achieve sales target through sales team and Distributors at the appointed territory..
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
• Propose and align specific goal for each staffs according to company goal & review their performance; take timely action to meet target.
• Monitoring method and solving problems: check all scoreboards/ reports, make analysis & give plan for improvement; acknowledge and feedback to sales team.
• Coaching: evaluate sales team KPIs, instruct standard of behaviour and practical skills, file all reports and goal setting, coach sales team & support them in daily issues.
• Customer:
o perform management Distributor successfully (delivery, warehouse, inventory control, equipments).
o go on field frequently to understand customer’s need and find new developing opportunities.
o search, suggest, evaluate Distributors’ ability and also terminate contract with Distributors as company process stipulated.
o Other requests from direct supervisor for developing and selling goods in appointed territory.
• Local Vietnamese with a confident mature approach (probably above 30 years of age) with excellent spoken and written English as well as a University degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years Business Management experience minimum, including a demonstration of strategic thinking, brands marketing skills and people management/development.
• Minimum 2 years broad-based sales management experience with significant administrative skills, gained in a multinational company involved in the manufacture, sales, marketing & distribution of FMCG brands
• A natural born leader able to motivate and inspire those working with them.
• Dynamic, adaptable, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to prepare and deliver presentations.
• Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain and develop the company’s sales network.
• Leadership - Provide inspiration, clear direction and sense of purpose to own team, challenge the status quo, enable others to be accountable for their own decisions and actions, coach and manage performance of direct reports. Create a culture where people are allowed to make mistakes, as long as they learn from their mistakes, build an environment of trust
• Established (or the ability to establish) business management skills
• Strong negotiation & persuasion/engaging communication skills (written and oral),a natural born leader able to motivate and inspire those working with
• High level of initiative, integrity and honesty, ability to work independently and under pressure
• Computer Literate, Win XP, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
