General Purpose: • Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company and in providing guidance for the Board and senior management team on matters relating to compliance. • Implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. Scope of Responsibilities: • Plan, scope and conducted targeted internal reviews or audits by researching materials; formulating a plan of action to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. • Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure • Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements. • Develop risk management strategies. • Cooperate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations • Indentify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. • Direct the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures or reporting tools. • Direct environmental programs, such as spill prevention or control, medical waste management, indoor air quality, air or water compliance, etc. • Other related tasks as assigned.
• 8 years experience in related field in Textile/Garment. • At least Diploma degree • Good interpersonal & communication skills • Proficient in the use computers (MS Office, internet etc.) • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese • Ability to work under high pressure and challenging environment. • Excellent management skills, verification and Problems Solving skills.
