Our client is a local company specializing in office designs.
Summary: Manage 7 – 10 staff members in Sales Department, involving in interior design business projects. Direct responsibilities: • Approach clients in interior projects. • Build up strategic planning approach and persuade clients to use company’s services • Conduct presentation on company’s products and core values. • Negotiate with clients on the contracts. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with old clients and develop new ones. Management responsibilities – assign sales staff to: • Build up good relationship with clients and consult them during the bidding process • Analyze clients’ and projects’ background to define critical needs of clients as well as the projects’ goals. • Coordinate projects’ information between project team and clients during the project implement process.
• Male or female, age under 35 • Good communication skills and ability to build up relationship with clients • Have strong passion for sales • Enthusiastic, dynamic and able to work under high pressure • Have deep insight into customer psychology, project situation • Experience in complicated projects whose clients are multinational companies is preferred. • At least 2 years experience in management position or equivalent. • Fluent in English.
