Report to: GI Business Development Manager
• Find new customers in South VN • Set up detailed working plan & sales pipeline in order to open new business and weekly report to supervisor on done activities. • Plan and organize to ensure the achievement of assigned annual sales budget. • Consult timely supervisor on market situation and competitor’s update status. • Work closely with customer to get the payment on time. • Take orders and review the order delivery capability. • Liaise with Production Department on the inventory and production planning status • Ensure prices to customer achieve targeted profit and to obtain approval by Business Development Manager for special pricing • Monitor and control individual unit sales expenses • To participate in any other duties assigned from time to time • Build up and maintain strong relationship with key customers
• University degree. • At least 4 years experience in paint industry • Good communication and negotiation skill • Fluent English. • Able to perform and work under pressure • Active • Ability to work independently and in team. • Winning attitude and self discipline • Willing to travel
