Reporting to Recruitment, Learning & Development Manager

ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    To contribute to the planning and implementation of annual training plan
•    Support and advise other affiliates in terms of training

ACTIVITIES

Training:
    Collect training needs from affiliates
•    Build up annual training plan: training courses, cost, tentative date and identify trainer
•    Assist in the preparation of annual training budget of affiliates
•    Identify & recommend high quality training institutes for fulfilling the needs identified.
•    Assist in the implementation of training plan. Co-ordinate the organisation of the training program
•    Create and update training records of staff.
•    Responsible for training report of affiliates and training budget follow-up. Report issued within the first 10 days of the following quarter
•    Responsible for training evaluation
•    Responsible for English test and English training program
•    Logistic organization of in-house training courses (est. 8 courses/year)
•    Conduct training assessment and its summary after each training
•    Coordinate and support other affiliates on training plan and implementation.
•    Other relevant ad-hoc tasks

 

Recruitment:

•    Assist in the recruitment activities: post job and search CVs, prepare steps of recruitment & selection, arrange interview schedule, etc.

•    Business Graduate
•    3 year experience in similar function
•    Very good level of English in speaking and writing
•    Strong communication, interpersonal skills, networking
•    Organization skill
