• Analyze market situation, consumer trend • Marketing plan. • Providing annual marketing budgets, marketing objectives and strategies and initiating sales promotional programs, etc. Develop brand-oriented marketing plans and budget, including ATL (TV, Internet, Radio, OOH ) and BTL (special Events, Sponsorship, Celebrity Endorsements, promotion ...) • Achieve brand sales/profit • Having a clear understanding of all products and product groups to impart such knowledge to staff • Regular review of product pricing to maximize profitability • More details will be shared in the interview
• University graduate, with minimum 5 year experiences in brand management and at least 2-3 years experiences in the same position • Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate • Proactive and takes initiatives • Hard-working and ready to work in high pressure environment • Very good oral & written English • Good interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team
