• Develops and takes ownership to strategies, plans, objectives and programs for the company in assigned territories • Develops respective Distributor’s strategies in support of territory sales goals. Distributor’s strategies are to be fully aligned with Global/ Regional requirements. • Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with Distributor’s key personnel and strategic accounts. • Provides consultancy to Distributor/Distributor Sales Representative for all aspects of business growth • Develops and implements agreed strategies to counter competitor activities to maintain sales goals. • Assists Distributor in pricing, Business Support Program, brand awareness development and Business Development Fund/investment efficiency • Monitors Distributor’s sales/ Business Development Fund performance against target/plan & sales forecast • Provides sales coaching/trainings to Distributor Sales Representative • Manages sales pipeline
• University graduate, engineering/business preferred • Experience in selling oil/lubricant is a must • Good English and Vietnamese communication • Negotiation/presentation/sales/computer skill • Customer development • Sales & Marketing knowledge • Management skills
