• Monitors Distributor’s sales/ Business Development Fund performance against target/plan & sales forecast • Develops and takes ownership to strategies, plans, objectives and programs in assigned territories • Provides sales coaching/trainings to Distributor Sales Representative • Manages sales pipeline
• Experience in selling oil/lubricant is a must • University graduate, engineering/business preferred • Good English and Vietnamese communication • Negotiation/presentation/sales/computer skill • Customer development • Sales & Marketing knowledge • Management skills • Product knowledge • Brand and product conversion • Equipment familiarization • Information sources • Trouble shooting problems
