Position reporting to: President Principle responsibilities • In charge of recruitment activities to maintain the adequate staffing of personnel for the company • Organize or restructure the HR processes and policies • Develop C&B programs to motivate – attract - retain people & ensure these programs are in line with the need of the business, labour market and legal requirement • Communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and law to the employee. • Develop and utilize assessment and performance measures to determine improvement opportunities and meet customer needs • Expanded scope to cover occupational health & safety and other CSR related issues • Control HR annual budget • Administrative: office supply, office maintenance, etc.
• At least 04 years experience in HR generalist in foreign working environment • University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Department • Experience in Japanese company is an advantage • Good communication in Engish and Vietnamese • Understanding of labour market, labour law and remuneration and employee climate survey • Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management. • Ability to work effectively with all other levels in the organization • Self motivated and able to work with independent and under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills • Reliability, flexibility, cooperation, adaptibility, personal integrity • Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problems solving and diagnostic skills. • High integrity, good judgment and strong work ethic
