• Manage service introduction point (SIP) network within the region • Monitor and supervise all credit attendant (CA) Supervisors’ activities • Train and coach Business Development Supervisor (BDS) in CA controlling, negotiation and relationship building • Make sure activities of SIP network system go smoothly • Co-operate with all the departments in the company (human resource, operation departments…) to get the jobs done • Co-operate with our partners (dealer’s owner, shop manager and dealers’ members…) • Build and upgrade process within SIP network continuously • Ensure all company programs are applied in SIP network correctly • Have strategies within the region to reach the target and improve the production • Control the budget under the region
• College/Bachelor of Art • 5 years in Sales with at least 1 year in management experience • Strong in Market development, Finance, Sales and Marketing • Leadership skill • Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill • Training & coaching skills • Can work independently and under pressure • Ready to move • Team spirit and team building
