•    Occasion Based Marketing
•    Identifies suitable forecast and plan for channel

•    Channel differentiation for merchandising
•    Co-operate with field sales to achieve targets of share and sales volume by key accounts.
•    Monitor weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned.
•    Ensure consistent adherence to sales, marketing, finance payment distribution policies and procedures in dealing with key accounts.

•    9-12 years experience in sales management in, 2-3 years experience in relevant positions in a big FMCG company, prefer candidates with food industry.
•    Strong in Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Communications, Problem Solving & Decision making, Initiative & Follow through, Customer business Analysis.
•    Professional Skills: strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Route Settlement, Merchandising , Pricing & Packaging Strategy
