Report to: Port COO Set maintenance department vision, mission and goal • To provide equipment availability and reliability for port and mill equipment at minimum cost. • Port equipment reliability RF=92% • Mill equipment reliability RF=98% • DO lost rate <0.5% • LTI max of 100 h Provide expertise and technical leadership for better problem solving • Coaching and training staff to be able to handle heavy and complicated problems Making sure all maintenance jobs to be done safely • Improve safety mindset for staff • Managing all risks at workplace • Provide a safe working place Providing daily and on the spot decision making to get the jobs done properly. • 24/24 on-call duty for decision making • Involve in decision making for all critical maintenance jobs Managing daily maintenance jobs effectively and efficiently • Prioritize to get the job done effectively • Focuses on high priority and important job Coordinating with port and mill operations • Communicate maintenance plan with port and mill to utilize equipment downtime effectively. • Communicate with operation for prioritizing between operation vs maintenance jobs. Providing feedback to improve staff performance • Timely feedback on poor performance as well as good performance of the team and individual. Play a role model at work place • Punctually behavior at work • Positive attitude • Mutual respect • Responsibility • Self confident Monitoring department and staff performance • Review department KPI monthly • Quarterly staff performance appraisal Managing spare part • Focuses on critical spares • Making sure the availability of spare part to meet operation requirement at minimum stock value
• Experiences in Multinational Manufacturing Company environment. • Mechanical/ Electrical Background • Mechanical, Electrical, Automation knowledge. • Material handling process, milling process knowledge • Safety mindset • Leadership skills, Management skills; Communication skills • English and computer skill
