Introduction A company based in My Phuoc 3, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province (HCMC region), subsidiary of a French company, is seeking for new talents to continue its development. Specialized in surface treatments and more particularly in Salt Bath Nitriding (Heat Treatment), this company is working for various and numerous industries such as Oil & Gas and Automotive for instance. Position Description: Reporting to the Production Manager, you would be in charge of: • Ensuring the organization of the production based on Production Manager requirements • Reporting regularly about production status to the Production Manager • Ensuring the communication and documents flow between Management, production and quality • Ensuring the conformity of the maintenance based on quality documents • Following the operators efficiency and bring motivation to teams • Following and understand the metallographic inspection processes • Proposing actions to improve the production output
