Reports to: National Sales Director

Main Duties:
•    Work with MD/Sales Director to set up the sales forecast – objectives – target for all key account.
•    Determine the appropriate selling channel and selling method.
•    Ensure sales strategy can align with the overall corporate strategy and maximizes the market opportunities as well as company resources; align the company’s strategy with the Customers in all core works in customer management
•    Manage the key account‘s sales team, track sales performance of key account’s sales team against company plans and objectives (sales target, service level, day sales outstanding (DSO), market share, distribution coverage and execution excellence by account and profitability in each account) and applicable sales forecasts to the account
•    Lead – Motivate – Control key account sales force to ensure they have the qualities, abilities, skills desired and determination to performance their job functions with a level of productivity that ensures the customers’ satisfaction and company plan / expectation.
•    Review and update business performance, Store problem solving, new Product, Promotion proposition, etc. by visiting Head Quarter with Key Account Manager.
•    Review In-Store Merchandising, Reinforce Product Consultant, Price Survey, Competitor check, etc. by market visit with KAM/ Account Supervisor.

•    Tertiary education, ideally in business administration
•    Experience in Customer and Category Management Development,  Supply Chain Management.
•    General Management skill ,  Leadership skills, People skill, Strategic management, Analysis skills
•    Have knowledge in Sales Performance Management System (SPMS) on In-store Missions and One-Store Strategy,  Customer Management and Category Management Skills, Structured Commercial Selling, Category-Based Commercial Argument, Customer Business Planning, Advanced Negotiation,  Sales Management, Supervisory, Training and leadership and team work.
