• Lead marketing team’s proactive planning and generation, provide significant marketing perspective to ensure best product experiences are delivered. • Improve customer understanding by identifying, analyzing understanding gaps and driving learning efforts; identify and translate customer insights into meaningful marketing innovations. • Develop targeted customer segmentation and draw appropriate strategys to deliver growth initiatives. • Generate significant leverage from insights big & small by sharing them broadly and leading efforts that translate learning to testable hypotheses and ideas that partners can leverage to deliver positive business outcomes • Drive team efforts to explore and test refined messaging that conveys a clearer, more compelling value proposition • Build up and implement marketing plans • Manage multiple concurrent projects • Contribute to working session and meeting everyday with your unique experiences, abilities, energy, and passion • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Banking/Business administration/communications (MBA is preferred). • More than 6 years experience in marketing strategy development. • 3 years experience in banking product or banking strategy consulting. • Good at conducting business and marketing plans and knowledgeable about various promotional marketing tools • Excellent writing, presentation, project management, problem-solving and leadership skills • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven track record of success leading cross-functional teams • Strong results orientation and decision making skills: take-charge attitude, champion of innovative ideas, and demonstrated ability to drive teams tirelessly to desired outcomes
