Report to: Head of Marketing • Work with product team to offer new products to residential segment customers • Build on residential segment insight a more effective and meaningful dialogue to drive conversion • Identify new opportunities from targeted customers to win higher conversion • Drive the linkage between homeowners/installers/sub dealers through the Buddy team. • Delegate the geography visit plan for the team • Observe performance of the team against KPIs • Prepare monthly team report • Forecast potential residential market Share • Co-ordinate with relevant department to develop training program according to the team’s capability. • Ensure safety compliance of field work. • Develop team career path and individual development plan.
• University Degree in Business • At least 4 years experienced in managing Direct Sales team of Building Materials/Insurance function • Customer oriented • Excellent communication and training • Decision making • Strong team management • Experience in multinational companies is a plus
