Report to Plant Manager • Build up and implement strategic plan for IE concepts, organization and people development in alignment with the company’s business strategies. • Manage IE budget and planning activities to ensure the synergies and full utilization of the resources in the department. • Monitor all functions to establish the operational excellence and provide satisfying services. • Develop and track the achievements of KPIs targets. • Lead, develop and mentor direct employees. • Build up individual development and succession plan to help the team reach a higher level of competences. • Provide supports for other activities: HSE, QA, Internal control, etc.
• University degree in Engineering • Fluent in English • 5 years working experience in managerial position in related fields • Experience in setting up new production facilities • Background in Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing industry is preferred. • Strategic thinking, strong leadership, people management and influencing Skills • Conflict management, Problem solving & decision making • Willingness to change
