Summary: • Set up, manage and develop trading activities (API material and finished medicines) Responsibilities: • Collect and analyze market information; put forward recommendations on: - Marketing and sales strategy - Annual distribution plan • Implement the business plan in line with the company’s yearly targets. • Establish and execute company’s business policy. • Responsible for all sales activities with BOM and other government agencies. • Ensure sales activities are in line with company’s policies and Vietnam Law. • Develop company’s brand. • Set up and develop customer service activities. • Responsible for recruitment and training activities for sales team following yearly targets. • Approve sales team’s business plan. • Establish, develop and control retailers. • Handle customer’s complains • Evaluate direct reports. • Collect and approve related quality indicators. • Report to BOM about all sales activities. • Negotiate with assigned partners on commercial contracts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Pharma " Raw Materials" • Fluent in English communication (especially the ability to communicate with foreign experts via telephone) and specialized English. • At least 2 years experience in managerial position. • Prefer: knowledge about laws related to API and finished medicine import and distribution; experience in API and finished medicine supply chain.
