Report to: Customer Marketing Manage Summary: • Lead the customer marketing team to gain the best category sales by indentifying opportunities and category management Main Duties: • Develop category strategies and tactics to deliver projected sales and margin as company strategy by utilizing market information, category vision, consumer insights and trends. • Handle product/pricing distribution, promotion strategic for assigned categories by channel and geography. • Develop NPD plan in coordination with Marketing to build growth categories by making forecast, channel distribution & pricing strategy by channel. • Work with Sales Manager on category management, build JBP with MTM, build CTL through of trade category vision. • Work with Marketing to make IMC for NPD as: join NPD meeting, forecast, develop POSM and design with agency, developing launching plan. • Work with operation and demand planning for forecast volume, stock and allocation by region. • Work with finance for tracking actual, TSP and evaluation promotion evaluation Identifies leverage opportunities in market/ trend to make growth sales and gain share for assigned categories • Develop monthly promotion activities plan for MT/GT and process all procedure: document approval, sales brief activities, implement tracking, evaluation. • Responsible for making Sales Analysis i.e. Sales by sales man, by channel, by geography so as to strengthen “weaknesses” or fill opportunities via targeted sales strategies/actions. • Collect, analyze and evaluate the Trade environment trends from SCJ, customers and competitors.
• University degree • At least 2-3 years experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales. • Fluent in English • Computer proficiency • Strong analytical skills • Strategic thinking • Planning skills • Able to trade visit. • Inter-personal skill • Have good negotiable skills
