• Support to construct data accumulation systems for accounting system. • Support to creative and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting system. • Product costing – prepare and subsequently validate product costing for the products, new products, product changes • Provide support for AP including (but not limited to) processing invoices, payment issue and vendor account reconciliation. • Review all payment by weekly to ensure compliance authority’s regulation & company’s policy and submit for approval payment order (Inc. Cash & TTR). • Control company asset. • Perform with month end close including creation and posting of journal entries, GL account reconciliation and other tasks as required. • Perform annual review and assist annual audits, including preparation of working papers. • Conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity. • Prepare external reports such as CIT, PIT,… by monthly, quarterly, yearly and annually financial report. • Prepare correctly internal reports on time as requirement. • Support and report to chief accountant as requirement.
• Strong General ledger, Costing, Account receivable, Account payable, Payroll, and knowledge of Tax reporting and Vietnam laws • Experience in fix asset management • Strong solving problem and analytical skill. • Experienced in working with Tax and others authority. • Strong communication. • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
