• Work closely with Accounting team (SFS) to ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing • Control and manage Accounts Department to ensure it meets company requirement. • Ensure that the all finance transactions are managed and controlled in compliance with government regulation, Vietnamese accounting standard, accounting principles and company policies • Support Statutory audit and Tax filing • Monitor and manage all aspects relating to cost of products, initiate and implementing any area for cost reduction • Collect and analyze financial data to support business decision. Provides explanations of deviation to budget and actual.
• At least 3 year experience in the same position • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting • Good communication in English • Excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP or any other Finance/ Accounting System • IT knowledge is preferred but not mandatory • Knowledge of financial/ tax law & legislation. • Strong understanding of internal control, accounting knowledge and analytical skill • Self-motivated, enthusiasm, working hard and fast learner • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure • Team work and ability to work independently.
