Reporting To: Head of Sales • Establish & Implement a business plan and sales strategy for the market to expand the customer base as well as sales volumes growth & Channel profitability. • Conduct market analysis (size, competitors, trend) • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Show leadership in safety activities • Safety to customers at site • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• University degree in Economics or Building engineering • 3 years experience in similar (managerial) position in Construction, experience in trade market a plus • English communication skills • Good analytical skills • Ability to work with minimum supervision • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with different function within the company. • Ability to work under pressure to achieve results • Flexibility, Creativity and ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
