Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager Sourcing strategy: • Setup Purchasing strategy • Set up yearly plan and implementation schedule • Develop supplier sources: Investigate the market for new suppliers; Review information about existing & potential suppliers; Perform supplier scoring • Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for key items (raw material, maintenance, contractors, …) • Inform requisitioners that claim procedure is stopped (if necessary) • Investigate the ways to dispose item Procurement • Develop a database for analyzing of Purchasing data • Control the procurement accuracy • Validate item deactivation; validate purchasing item specification form • Process ownership for purchasing in ERP • Responsible for Customs clearance of import /export cargoes. Tracking and update management on local laws relating to import/export cargoes • Develop different ways to simplify procedure Others: • Implement group purchasing policy at BU level • Implement and follow-up the Contractor Safety Management
