Reporting To: Sales Manager • Implement Sales plans in assigned areas in line with annual sales target according to Sales Dept.’s objectives. • Suggest price list to support the business growth • Design the value proposition per segment (products, systems, services partnerships, delivery, pricing, branding, communications) and monitor its implementation in the assigned territories • Control the application of the prices, discount rules customer by customer according to the approved price list • Maintain the consistency of credit terms and conditions, the effectiveness of credit risk management, and monitor payments of account receivables of the customers • Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement • Propose and organise commercial events according to guideline from Sales Manager • Suggest the improvement of the efficiency of the Sales function and ensure the actual selling processes in the assigned territories meet legal requirements and Lafarge's Code of Business Conduct. • Suggest Sales organisation improvement regarding headcount, working processes, resources allocation, etc. to optimise its effectiveness and efficiency.
• University degree in Economics or Building engineer • At least 04 years experience in managing sales activities for an international company • Team leadership capability, adaptability and flexibility • Ability to work under pressure • Proven skills managing people • English communication skills • Good analytical skills • Work under pressure to achieve results • Work with minimum supervision
