• Direct the activities of all QC team and fully utilize the support of all departments to meet QC department objectives. • Control and reduce cost. • Delegates work assignments appropriately . • Responsible for dealing with important quality issues, responsible for delivering the customer complains, follow up the solving for all of the quality complains and the reverting for final results . • Deal with quality issues or report to superior supervisor to get help and advice. • Communicate QC’s work status with superior supervisor termly. • Receive and accompany the visitorial guest under the company’s uniform arrangement. • Supervise and urge QC to fill in the inspection report correctly and in time. • Responsible for training on each product’s inspection point. • Responsible for organizing related personnel to discuss the pilot run (Production supervisor of manufacturing, technical personnel, related operation personnel, our QC).
• College degree and above. • 5 to 10years experience in managing a manufacturing or QC team in a furniture manufacture company • Good oral and written English • Computer literacy • Statistical Process Control • Lean Manufacturing Concepts; theory of Organization Behavior • Able to read and understand CAD drawing • Understands quality tools, wood moisture content, glue, poly, fabric and leather. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent decision-making and follow-through skills • Ability to communicate with all organizational levels • Skilled in conflict management and resolution • Skilled in prioritizing multiple directives within changing work demands • Skilled in problem solving
