• Master the product launch process to lead the local cross-functional team to execute the projects as per agreed timeline • Coordinate closely with the Regional Marketing lead to bring the new product to Vietnam • Prepare the full set of documents for new product listing, new product sales brief together with Trade MKT • Monitor the performance of the new product and be on top of what is going on with the new product performance: share, distribution and highlight to the SBM • Coordinate closely with Regional Marketing lead and Trade marketing department to develop the integrated Marketing activities plan & ensure the synchronization in ATL and BTL activities • Manage the execution of brand marketing activities • Understand well the retail audit data reading • Regularly review the A&P spending of to be in line with the budget • Work with Commercial Finance person in developing the NPD business case • Identify the needs gap in consumer knowledge to propose the research needs, understand the research reports sharing • Assist in reviewing the research proposal and manage the execution of consumer research projects like IHVs, FGDs, U&A • Support SBM in doing the business review presentation, corplan presentation • Check the monthly MKT update done by Brand Executive • In charge of competitive activities intelligence • Prepare monthly pre-reading for cross-functional meeting
• University Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage; • At least 4 years in Brand Marketing in International companies • Initiative/innovative/flexibility and passion to growth; • Good analytical thinking, business mindset; • Have good understanding on brand concept • Excellent project management skill; multi-task handing • Excellent of English in both speaking and writing • Good interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented, hard working • High commitment and personal ownership
