Report to: HR Director

•    Provide strategic HR and people management support, advice, and consultative services to business leaders enabling them to make informed business decisions.
•    Provide consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects to meet business operation requirement
•    Manage union and employee relations for employee insight engagement improvement and compliance with WPR
•    Ensure compliance  with all pertinent HR-related to group and local policies and legislation
•    Leverage the use of tools / knowledge / informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate HR solutions are in place to support the business.
•    Involving in change management with-in region(s) or function(s) in line with business priorities, goals and initiatives

* 30%-50% travel requirements (within South Vietnam)

•    5 years HR experience ideally in the FMCG sector with over 3 years in management level.
•    Bachelor's Degree - preferably within the HR or Social Sciences field
•    Experience in the full range of HR services; legal; employee relations; HR systems; staffing and talent management, including recruitment  and succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development/ effectiveness and change management. Knowledge of safety and quality standards/systems.
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Skills Suite (excel, PowerPoint and Word) and working knowledge in SAP
•    Decisive, weighting up options accurately, ability to deal with complexity
•    Leadership skills, ability to create trust, excellent communication (at all levels); facilitation and negotiation skills. Well liked and popular while still delivering business results. Strong internal consulting skills and customer service orientation (able to interact in such a way that concerns are heard and acted upon)
•    Ability to satisfy a desire, expectation, or goal without being influenced to do so by another person; the circumstances or the challenges to be faced. Demonstrate high level of energy
•    High self awareness, motivation, self regulation, social skills, empathy
•    Knowing our business and its financial drivers. Understand the trade off between certain financial and business decisions
•    The ability to cope with workplace stress; change atan increasing pace while maintaining a high work performance
