• Formulate and implement long and short-term strategic business plans; compile findings of key performance indicators and incentive schemes. • Liase with and build a professional relationship with key council members of the main medical, health and nutritional bodies. • Keep abreast with the most current nutrition and health issues. • Implement effective strategies in the sales and promotion of assigned products/brands • Initiate and coordinate the implementation of company sponsored medical seminars/conferences at both local and international venues • Liaise with and draw cooperation from other departments on matters related to coordination and interaction of promotional activities. • Recommend and assign the areas of coverage and responsibility of reporting staff. • Continuously maintain a close watch on competitive movements in the market place. • Compile and submit reports on promotional activities in accordance to established formats and schedule. • Be directly involved and responsible for the recruitment and selection of medical services staff. • Lead and motivate the medical services team in order to enhance teamwork • Monitor the performance and develop staff in medical services. • Effectively manage the budget allocated for the hcm medical team. • Appraise the quality and quantity of work done by medical services staff. • Achieve the established key performance indicators. • Observe and comply with the prevailing brand information security policy as set out by the company • Uphold the good brand name and to discharge his/her duties in a professional manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Medical • At least 2 years experience in relevant position in FMCG company, prefer candidate with multinational company • English fluently and team work • Strong in strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving & Decision making, Initiative & Follow through, Customer business Analysis • Strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Merchandising, Pricing & Packaging Strategy • Trade visit regularly in order to understand shoppers needs and competitions
