Report to: South Project Sales Manager • Ensure sales target and project specification rate for all products and services are achieved. • Submit monthly market report which includes current and future project sales list and project sales analysis. • Submit specification sales forecast (potential volume) to Project Sales Manager • Provide feedback and insight from the market place to Project Sales Manager. • Discuss and review sales forecast with Project Sales Manager and agree action plan • Work closely with Developer/Project Manager/Architect/Main Cons … to promote the Company systems and products to win in project sales. • Cooperate with the focused customer groups and efficient sales operation through: Monthly Action Plan; Star Account Management; Customer Visit; Value Added Service; Customer Understanding; New Prospects • Fully support marketing and trade marketing initiatives, which include new product and service introduction, promotion and other activity programs. This includes giving suggestion and feedback for more effective implementation. • Work closely with technical department on project specification and other technical support. • Work closely with Sales team members to ensure all project opportunities have been captured. • Support marketing and technical team in the development of new systems and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (or Business administration with experience in construction industry) • 3 years specification pre-sales experience in construction materials • Experience in international company is a plus. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues • Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire • Broad overview of technical and building materials knowledge • Good analytical skills • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition • Be initiative and pro-active • Computer skills - MS Office, Auto Cad (preferable). • Good in English (written and oral). • Smart, mature attitude – able to represent company externally • Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively • Willing and able to accept a significant degree of responsibility • Good interpersonal relationship skills. • Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms.
