• Establish short-term plan (1 year) and long-term plan, develop Marketing plan for the brand to achieve the company’s goals. • Cooperate with external partner to set up and implement ATL & BTL activities. • Develop and implement current products, promote new products (packing design, survey and production plan) • Supervise and evaluate the results on marketing activities. • Carry out market research and brand analysis with related partners. Regularly review, analyze market, brand and competitor information; put forward short- and long-term plan to Marketing Director • Regularly conduct market survey with Sales team and submit report to Marketing Director. • Supervise the packing design and production to ensure product packing and POSM is in line with Marketing Director’s requirements, company standards and the brand name. • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Finance, Internal Audit, QA, Distribution, … to develop the product / marketing activities and achieve the agreed goals as well as KPI. • Supervise and work out the plan for PFME expense • Support articles for company’s monthly newsletter. Shares the newsletter for every project with other subsidiaries, especially Hotline department to ensure information sharing is carried out accurately and sufficiently. • Coordinate with CCSD to plan supporting programs for Sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration • At least 3 years experience in Marketing and 1 year experience in the same position • Experience in FMCG, Food & Drink is preferred. • Knowledge about 4P, marketing direct… • Knowledge about Customer behavior, Market research… • Understanding about business environment • Result-oriented, can-do attitude, ability to work under high-pressure.
