Summary: • Provide application support to users • Responsible for safety care and incident resolution. • Follow-up to ensure successful implementation including user training and knowledge transfer Key Accountabilities: • Conduct systems analysis work to identify requirements and recommend solutions for assigned information systems or IT-related problems or projects of the organization • Provide end-user training and support towards full maximization and utilization of installed Business Systems. • Address user queries and ad-hoc requirements regarding the productive and proper use of Business Systems • Care about the safety and well-being of their team members, customers and stakeholders including the communities their products and services add value to. • Document incidents related to any of the Business Systems as applicable. • Provide resolution (corrective and permanent fix) to users of Business Systems • Program and maintain identified standard reporting requirements for Business Systems • Ensure consistency of solutions with appropriate templates for ERP application • Customer satisfaction is concerned with delivering the products/services to the customer such that their expectations are met and even exceeded • Responsiveness to team member requests for advice on chosen specialist area • Coordinate with team member to achieve team goals. • Ownership and responsibility for self-development and learning
• At least 3-5years experience in related field • University's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management information System, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management or equivalent • Experience in manufacturing or consulting environment is preferred. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to identify user’s needs and tailor solutions to meet user requirements • Possess ERP solution expertise; JD Edwards and Cognos experience is an added advantage. • Experience in system interface development & testing • Strong understanding of methodologies on gathering, analyzing and documenting business processes • Knowledge of business process re-engineering and system review • Good project management skills • A strong customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate at all levels from management to shop floor personnel. • Good command of written and spoken English • Must be willing to travel between sites. • Have good interpersonal skills & teamwork
