Report to: Factory Manager • Create a technically & logistics oriented, holistic IE network & organization • Combine existing functions of technology driven IE and reinforce them by human factors & time studies • Install Optimization (CIP) as substantial and essential plant task • Perform engineering budgeting, planning and controlling; establish clear KPI targets and cascade down to all direct reports; track KPI performance and achievements. • Set up and develop strategic roadmap for Vietnam site; observe related sub-functions and ensure the strategic initiatives are achieved. • Responsible for direct reports’ management and development. • Establish the required qualifications for Vietnam site’s operation to ensure service satisfaction. • Provide support on internal audit, HSE, QC, MOVE, etc.
• 5 years experience in related field (Automotive industry is preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • Operation management experiences, including setting up new production facilities • Fluent in English • Deep knowledge of Lean Management and CIP programs • Conflict management, problem solving and decision making skills • Good team player • Willing to change and think outside the box
