Report to: Out of Home – National
• Establish and implement detailed business plan in HORECA channel for sales team. • Directly manage and develop key customers according to the overall business strategy of the channel; maintain & develop the stable partnership with key customers. • Manage the activities of distributors including sales, goods importing, stock, debts, promotions, etc. • Train and develop sales team’s skills, capacities in order to meet the requirements, successors and development of the job. • Control the budget for sales program effectively and appropriately according to the policy and resource allocation. • Execute advertising & promotion campaigns for each segment in the channel. • Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Fluent in English • Management experience in a group of 4 – 6 staff members (sales field force – salesman) • Ability to deal & discuss with big customers in HORECA channel. • Responsible for a certain area in HCMC. • Mature and self-motivation
