Summary:
• Selling: building and carrying out sales plan • Finance: managing sales staff to reach sales target with lowest cost • Managing: training sales staff Scope of responsibilities: • Building, managing and developing distribution network • Contact & visit dealer • Managing dealer debt • Analysis the market, building and carrying out sales plan following company target • Managing and follow-up sales staff to reach sales target • Making annual budget of sales department • Consultancy strategy, solution and business plan to TOM • Joining the meetings and suggestion sales policies, new products • Building, managing, training sales staff • Provide support to other departments • Build & maintain relationship with authoritative offices
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Economic • At least 5 years experience • Fluent in English • Computer literacy • Good at planning and selling management • Ability to work independently • Convincing, connecting, building and developing in relationship
