Report to: Chief Accountant
• Preparing monthly accounting journal entries (included AR, Inventory, customers’ rebates) • AR, AP & Inventory sub-ledgers with GL (weekly) • Participating actively in month-end/ year-end closing exercise with journal entry for provisions/accruals and review of balance sheet items • Inputting all accounting transactions into the system • VAT input JDE monthly report, consolidate with VAT output and prepare VAT report • CIT quarterly report & annual finalization • Accounted for others taxes (foreign withholding taxes, etc) • Non trade AP check, book purchases/operating expense & payments • Monitoring commission/claim receivables • Intercompany booking & reconciliation • Booking of all debit/credit notes with mother company • Preparation of budget and forecast for operating expenses • Fixed Asset registration maintained and updated • Working with auditors on interim/year-end audit and preparation of the relevant audit schedules • Preparation of budget and forecast for operating expenses and taxes • Other duties as assigned by Chief Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualifications in Accounting / Finance / Audit / Economics • 4-year experience worked for multinational companies in general accountant position • Dealing with US GAAP/VAS • Experience in working with ERP system (JDE is a plus) • Good team works with excellent communication and coordination skills • Good spoken and written English skills • Nationality: Vietnamese
